The Pacific, as a region, is home to numerous communities and diverse cultures. From the Highlands to the Islands, as the waters of the Pacific that shift and change the shorelines, Pacific communities are linked by histories that engage and direct their ways.

The 19th Biennial Pacific History Conference is to expose the Pacific prehistory, Pacific people’s contact with outsiders, adjusting and integrating influences, addressing pressuring issues and directing social, politics, cultural and economic future of the Pacific Region.

Deadline for Abstracts has been extended to 30 June, 2010. For more information visit the Pacific History Association website here.
